These terms apply when you download, activate or use PayCore payroll software. By using PayCore you agree to them.

Your license

• A PayCore license is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no charge per employee.
• Your license key is registered to the email address you give us, and is for use by your own business.
• You can reinstall PayCore or move it to a new computer and activate it with the same email and key.
• You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or modify, copy or reverse-engineer the software.

Your payroll responsibilities

PayCore calculates payroll from the employees, salaries, rates and settings you enter. You are responsible for checking that your payroll, including tax, social insurance, end-of-service gratuity and bank transfer (WPS) amounts, meets the laws that apply to your business. PayCore is a tool, not legal, tax or accounting advice.

Your data and backups

Your payroll data stays on your computer and we never have a copy, so we cannot recover it for you. Make regular backups and store them safely.

Payments and refunds

A PayCore license costs USD 50, paid once. We confirm payment options with you before you buy. A free live demo is available so you can see PayCore before purchasing. If PayCore does not run on your computer after purchase, contact us and we will help, or discuss a refund.

Updates and custom work

We may release updates to PayCore from time to time. Custom features built for your business are quoted and agreed separately.

No warranty and limitation of liability

PayCore is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the software, and our total liability for any claim relating to PayCore is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date below.
